I just seen this on the web yesterday, downloaded and tried it out. I sounded really different (as in caught my attention ina good way) to me, as I used it across my master bus and a couple of vocal tracks. Gave every thing a little bit more groove on the presets.

I know. It's even created by a long time member of KVR.

Does the creator have to request it to be added? I would guess that this is the reason it's not there.

Not sure. Maybe IIRs doesn't want it in there? Or just keeps forgetting?
