Remove Locations From i-Lok Account??

I swore off ilok wen I had some kind of accoutn isue on my computer that prevented me from being able to open the ilok software. I could not use the product (Falcon) and the ilok people said they couldn't help. And I couldn't deauthorize to be able to sell the product because I couldn't open the damn software and the vendor couldn't do anything for me either, said to talk to ilok people. I was out of luck. Couldn't use it, couldn't sell it. That's never happened with any other system.
