Why doesn't the Maximizer work in Ozone?

This has baffled me for a while. I've recently demoed the 8 and still the same issue. The ceiling just does not work! It doesn't stop spikes. It's nothing but a volume fader.
You have no control over the mix level with this stupid thing. Ive used others like Maxim in protools and you can clearly see the green meter line's solid, nothing get's past it. But with Ozone the same rules dont apply, it's anything f#cking goes. Red red red red!!! red red red!! Awwwww!!!!!!!!!!!
You pay big $$$ for this and the most important module of them all is the only one that doesn't bloody work!

I found that with True Peak enabled and the ceiling set to -1dB Youlean would detect peaks at -0.6dB if I pushed it, so if you keep it set to -1dB it shouldn't be a problem.

Of all the limiters I've tried, the one with the best true peak limiting is Barricade 4. That thing is rock solid, I've never once seen it go over the ceiling.
