No QIN RV on Cubase 11

Updated Cubase 10->11 on Windows.
QIN RV isn’t show at all - only a little white window.
I checked it back - with Cubase 10 - QIN works, with Cubase 11 no QIN.

Hi ,Try to running cubase 11 with Admin mode.

Running in admin mode got me to "reactivate" in the plug-in manager, but when I pushed it it said "Not a valid pkg-in...32 bit Plu-ins are no longer supported
even though it was th latest 64v bit dll
