Purchased Product still running in DEMO mode

i purchased the Langegard pump organ, but when i open it in Kontakt 4 i still get the ***DEMO*** mode, which eventually times out and asks me to activate it via the NI Service Center. when i try to activate it in the Service Center the instrument does not show up in my list of products. what's going on?

Odd, it shouldn't run in demo mode or need activating in the service center at all. Sounds like you're trying to run it in the Kontakt 4 Player...its not a Kontakt player library, it needs the full version of Kontakt.

From the .pdf:
"This updated, additional file in NI Kontakt 3 and 4 format requires the full version of NI Kontakt 3 or 4 and does not work fully with the free Kontakt player!"

mospeaker, do you have a Kontakt 4 license?

Just to clarify further -- all Kontakt files in current Precisionsound libraries (not just the scripted ones) require the full version of Kontakt.
