No news from the seller

I bought almost a week ago the Best Of Vintage Keys and didn't get any reply from the seller, just an automatic email confirmation that my Paypal Transaction was accepted.

Anyone with the same experience?

Hi,

I am very sorry for the delay of your order processing. We were off the office for two weeks and completely offline. During that time our automatic download system failed the the emails with the download links weren't sent.

In the meamwhile we have contacted you with an email, and my appologize for this inconvenience while ordering my products. Also the email with the download links is sent, together with a free of charge product as compensation for the trouble.

Of course I will refund your order if you don't want the product anymore. Again I'm very sorry for this. An order delay is very unusual for our order processing, normally it happens within a few minutes or hours.
