Really good solution whether you want to do video in Cubase without quicktime or second video track like Nuendo allow.

Undock if you want, and do full screen.
Offset where projet starts, and offset into part you want to.
Just placing cursor in project sync position in video.
This way you also come around problems like Reaper has - you cannot lock video track and move music around - you had to delete video shortly to do such swaps, or you cut and pasted video as well.
So probably best $15 + VAT you spent.
But test demo and see if it works. Some other install might be needed regarding ffmpeg - but I did not have to do anything for normal mp4 with h264 inside. Demo runs 30s and does not restore video next time you open project.

Cool !
Given that Bitwig Studio 2 doesn't have a video player. I wonder if anyone has tested if it works with Bitwig Studio 2 ?

Exceptions I saw has been for Ableton how it navigate time, if by timeline or tempo, there is a setting for that. FAQ tell some of these things.

VidPlayVST now supports video encoding in Windows DAWs. Producers can compose in sync to video and then render out a new version dubbed with the new soundtrack.
