Randomization in Ableton Live

I remember seeing a yt video with a guy randomizing several parameters in Ableton Live but never found it again.
My question is, can M4L randomize parameters of ANY 3rd party VST plugin or only Ableton Live internal effects and instruments?

Any parameter that can be automated can also be controlled by M4L. So yes it should work.

No it's free pack. You should see it in your user account if i am not mistaken or somewhere on Ableton website. But it was free.

It;s a free pack with Suite, definitely. It should be free with M4L license also.

I use this one, I think it is easier to see the parameters, and then disable their randomization or constrain values (usually you will want to disable randomization on at least the main gain/volume):
