The strangest DAWs I've ever worked with: ProTools and Cubase. Nothing I'm used to doing in Reaper is possible within these.

I used to use Opcode Studio Vision. Long before clip launching appeared, you could trigger different sequences directly with a single push of a letter on the computer keyboard. Emagics Logic copied that later, and a decade later Ableton Live arrived…
