Problem with midi Cubase 6

Hi, i own this old Cubase version, but it still works fine for my needs. The thing is that after I changed my PC and my soundcard, I notice I have this issue with the midi: it sounds, so I can play vsti libraries, but when I press record, the midi notes don’t advance, they remain at the very left of the screen. See video please. Any help or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks!.
