LP Roll off slope / 6db vs 12db

Is it possible that I get better results if I set:

6 db slope @ 50 hz

than

12 db slope @ 80 hz ?
this setting can be used in the PMC twenty sub.

I use the sub with very small speakers. Frequency Response:50Hz-25kHz

The thing is I dont want to cut of my speakers at 80hz - because then i feel like i lose something. They are very clear down to 50-55hz. Any suggestions? Am I doing it wrong?

Mate, your post is all over the place. You're talking about small speakers, then your last statement mentions a subwoofer. I'd edit that post if I was you to make it clearer, with some details about rhe subwoofer, if that is in fact what you mean, mixing environment, placement of speakers, type of music etc

type of music: electronic, room: 4x3m, sub details - i edited the first post.sorry, i hope now its clearer. i just wanted to know if i can use 50hz cut and 6db slope instead of the 80hz that most people recommend.

Just listen and decide what you think sounds best

As BertKoor said, just listen, but also a 6/dB slope is more appropriate for tonal shaping
