Sennheiser HD 600 or 650 - Which would you pick and why, and how do you drive them?

Ordered a pair of 58x today for $119 shipped. Couldn't pass up that deal. I'm popping out the foam on the outside as well and I've heard it brings out the highs more and makes it like a pair of 660s. We'll see.
