Hi Jack,
Are there any wind sounds for Aethereal ? Could only find Horns at oscillator waveform 19. I am looking for some woodwind waveforms. They would fit in well in the INSTRUMENTS waveform section. Of course sinewave is included which is a start.
Maybe user waveforms could be allowed in a future Aethereal version. This addition would be high on my dream list. Lets see sitar, tabla...
Thnx

I'll see what I can do about user wavs. I had wanted to do this before, but the current 'wav' system I'm using is very restricted and adding user wavs would have made the cpu too high. But I'm considering updating the entire system with new 'wav' players that hopefully arent as cpu intensive. Havent tried anything yet though, right now I'm in the final stages of my entry into the DC competition. But once I'm freed up I can get back to the usual projects...But yeah, user wavs is now on the list.

I miss this tread ... it's a wonderful news.
just another suggestion, I think that a random feature for each oscillator ( 1,2,3 and 4 ) could be very useful. for example astralis C ( works with sample and built with synthedit too) have a very nice random feature for each oscillator. it choose between all the sample in all the subfolder. of course it could be very interesting actually with the built in sampled sounds.
it could help creativity and I really like to use this on stage
anyway , thanks for creating this wonderful instrument

It will be fantastic. if you try astralis, try the microtonal feature, this fonction is really amazing and this is the best use ( clear and so easy , not like a lot of synth using tun files).
I use a lot aethernal actually and this synth always surprise me. really one of the most musical synth I use .The gui with all main features in one screen is perfect and it make me feel that you are a real musician, not just a programmer.
i'm not sure , but maybe a little bug: midi cc for glide (72) and probly (69) don't seems to work for me ( all the rest of midi cc works).
