Uninstalling demos

Hi. I have just purchased Phonec 2 and Echomelt after demoing, but I cannot find the demos anywhere in Control Panel's uninstall list. I'm on Windows 10 btw. As they both had an installer I was expecting to be able to 'uninstall' them. Is it ok to just delete the folders containing the dll files that the demos have deposited in my plugins folder?

Hi,I am on win 7 and the uninstaller for Phonec 2 is in my VST directory/folder. There is no uninstaller available in my program list.

Thanks for the reply, but all that's in my vst folder are the dll files and the manuals - no uninstallers.

You can safely delete the dll plugin files for the demo versions. Just as long as the patchbank folder is not removed.

Let me explain what gets installed. The only files installed with Phonec and EchoMelt are the following:
The plugins (dll files) in your VST plugins folder
The patchbank folder system, located in Public Documents for Windows, Shared for Mac. This is required for the plugin to function, so you should not remove this.

But you can safely delete the 'Phonec 2 Demo' folder containing the plugin. This will not affect the full version at all.
