Any plans to simplify the sidechaining process?
Yes that's on the wishlist.

All I want for Christmas Mulab is ARA implementation and a couple of other features.

Is there an ETA for Mulab 9?
I am also waiting for Hollyhock 5 and FL Studio 21.

Hope that in Mux 9 something similar to this will be possible:
play piano like lady gaga on steroids - Bitwig realtime input quantizer tutorial / preset

Kushview Element & VST3
=======================

Hi all

I've come across some postings on this blog regarding VST3 support
in MuLab and MUX, and I've solved the issue for myself using a VST2
called Element from Kushview:

https://kushview.net/element/ (https://kushview.net/element/)

It is a VST 2.4 64bit module that can host VST3 modules, so the way
to go is to open a new MUX module and add an Element module, and now
you can add a mix of VST2 and VST3 modules to the Element VST, and
you can even do a lot of MUX-like interconnections within Element.

So you may use Element as a "Trojan" for encapsulating single VST3
modules or as a host for interconnecting several modules. Element
is flagged as a free product, but if you want to download a built
version, you will have to pay $2 for it. Not a big financial issue,
just a small bump on the road ;)

Bridging to 32bit modules is not supported in Element, so for doing
that you would still need extras like "jBridge" (very fairly priced).

If this "work-around" solves the VST3 issue for a lot of MuLab users,
it may lower the pressure for a built-in solution and cut some slack
for Jo to concentrate on other areas of MuLab development :-)

Best regards to all from
Kurt

Yes, I can confirm this works well as a workaround. :tu:

Hello. I'm using MUX 8 with the temporary license and I love it so far. I'm looking forward to purchasing MUX 9 once it's out however I have a question regarding the license. Is the Internet connection required to license the software once you buy and download it?
