MUX - VSTs not remembered after scan outside of MuLAB (OSX.14.6)

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but whenever I insert MUX-VST in any other host except MuLAB, MUX's VST-plugin-list is empty. I tried in Patchwork, Unify, Camelot etc …
When I try to open a (in MuLAB created) MUX-preset in MUX-VST, I have to locate the VSTs used and the preset works until I reload MUX-VST.

I’m using the latest MuLAB/MUX-versions on OSX.14.6.

Any ideas … ?

Thanks, Rob

MUX Plugin is separate from the integrated MUX inside MuLab.
So if you add VSTs in MuLab, that is independent from your MUX Plugin setup.
They are separate apps.

OK, thanks, but I'm scanning the VSTs inside MUX Plugin too and they are still not remembered ! ?

Are you sure you have installed MUX Plugin in writable folder?
Cfr www.mutools.com/info/M8/docs/mux/installation.html

MUX Plugin is in "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/MUX Modular/" with Read/Write-permission.
Do you think it should go in the user library folder "/Users/.../Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/ ?

Post

Well, I moved MUX Plugin to the Users/…/Library-VST-folder and now it remembers VSTs.
Strange, all my other VSTs are in the System/Library-folder.

BTW u-he Bazille.vst unfortunately crashed the scan. Trying to add it manually afterwards crashed the host. All other u-he synths work fine …

Thanks for your quick help …

Never mind the Bazille-scan-crash - apparently my Bazille-VST was faulty - did a re-install and now it scans fine ...

Ok, thx for the updates, great to hear all is fine now.
