Is there any way to view the initial user key again? I didn't know that I had to enter it everytime I launch MuLab so I didn't save it in a separate place. I tried contacting MuTools via email but neither got any response nor an email with my key. I payed the money 5 days ago and i'm thinking about taking advantage of PayPal's custumer prodection now. But I still got some hope that anybody else went through this and may be able to help me...

Hey Andy, please check your inbox, your personal user key should be there. If not please check your spam folder.
Concerning the fact that you have to enter your user key again ech time: That's not normal. Are you sure you have installed MuLab in a writable folder? See http://www.mutools.com/info/M8/docs/mul ... ation.html

Is there any reason why would I want to save my initial user key when I already have my personal user key?

No. The initial key is temporary until you've got your personal user key, which is permanent.
