Hi Os,
On a new FH-2 I just purchased, the glass protecting the screen fell down. Is it a known problem with the FH-2, because it seems to be loosely glued or clipped in the metal enclosure?
Do you think this glass is necessary? The screen still works, but it is now exposed to foreign objects/dust etc...
Thank you for your help !

It's plastic, and is supposed to be glued to the metal panel. It can easily be glued back into place.
It's purely protective though, and is otherwise unnecessary.
If you still have the box, I'd be grateful if you could let me know the batch number from the sticker on the side.

I also have this problem. I bought the unit new from Escapefromnoise and the glass panel came loose after just two months.
Should I also post the sticker picture?

No need, thanks.
The window can easily be glued back in place.
