Hi there,

Hope you're well!

I have a polyend seq (http://polyend.com/seq-sequencer/ (http://polyend.com/seq-sequencer/)) and I am using it with ableton live - it's awesome!

With ableton set as the master midi clock - when I record in the midi of the Polyend Seq - the notes coming in from Seq drift about quite a bit.

I was wondering if a Usamo would help me to lock the incoming notes to the Ableton grid more accurately?

Thanks!

A USAMO will likely improve the quality of the clock reaching the Seq. It won't however (and can't) do anything about how well the Seq responds to incoming clock, or moreover how accurately the notes generated by the Seq are recorded by Live. The latter is probably the main problem.

So you could expect an improvement from a USAMO in your setup but it's by no means a panacea.

Cool - thanks for the reply!

I think I'll try and borrow one and do a test

Cheers again
