Sadly, I damaged my Disting Mk IV while changing cases. One of the four caps (I believe?) stickin out from the side of the board has come off. Is there any way I can send this in and pay to have it repaired?

Yes, though Expert Sleepers are in the UK - you might be better off finding someone locally who can do it. It would be a very simple job for anyone with a soldering iron.
