How to? Warp Panel in Rebar

Hi, been looking at Tweakbench plugins for a while and i'm wondering if anyone could tell me how to use synth edit to make the 'warp panel' / 'delay panel' as shown in the Rebar plugin here:

I'm assuming it uses x-y values to control variables, but i dont really know where to start to make it.
