This is a very noob question. My platform is
mac 10.6.3
ableton live 8.1.3
I downloaded and installed the Konkrete 1 Live Pack, then authorized it after installation. I can see Konkrete in the list of installed Live Packs in Live Preferences.
But I'm unable to use my new sample pack. I run a search for 'konkrete' or 'soniccouture' in Live File Manager and I'm able to find empty Soniccouture/Konkrete1 directories inside of Lessons and Samples. I'm not able to find any of the kits like 'ninja' and 'nannou' in my Live Library.
Not sure if I installed the Live Pack incorrectly. Any advice appreciated.

this is an Ableton website database bug with the authorization. email their support and they'll remedy it quickly.

I had a similar problem with Abstrakt breaks. I emailed Ableton who didn't solve it as such but did provide a link to http://www.ableton.com/account/licenses (http://www.ableton.com/account/licenses). Select add new software and add serial number. Enter your Sonic Couture license and it should work.
