I'm wanting to buy Scriptorium and the system says I get a free instrument when I buy it because I will have one SC product but actually it will be my second - my first was your very first product - Abstract (still have it on CD). Is there any way to tell the system I have that too? (it wasn't registerable way back when I bought it)

I don't think your older purchases count towards the bonus content.

you're right, exclusive content is only available on purchases after August 09, when we launched the new site.
