This is the most important rule of them all:
"All KVR members will be eligible to vote although we may instigate some restrictions at the time of voting - maximum joined date, minimum number of posts, etc. - to help prevent voter fraud."

When you go to the polling station, you'll find you get five votes. At the moment I've wittled my list down to 13 contenders which was relativley straight-forward but I've been stuck there for about a week.

At the end all forum users have not other choice than trust the organizers...

I am quite a little bit desperate at the kvr-DC 2012
