If I subscribe to the payment plan, am I able to pay the remaining bill in full down the track or am i locked into installments for 14 months?

Why the heck would they make you wait to pay them off if there's no interest being paid. Literally no business would ever do this.

Sure, you can do that any time you like. Just contact us when you're ready to pay the remaining amount and we'll send you the payment information.

Unfortunately it does not work with paypal, like with Serum:(

I wanted to start the payment plan, but is said, that paypal does not work with this payment plan.
May be I did something wrong.
They wanted a credit card

The payment plan *only* works with PayPal. To assure you will not (temporarily) run out of funds over the duration of the subscription, PayPal uses an algorithm based on recent activity on your account. It'll require a credit card as fallback option only if it believes there's a chance it might be needed to cover your expected future expenses.
