Restart your Mac, then try again.
If Sylenth1 doesn't show up, follow these instructions:

If that still doesn't help, delete Logic's AU cache file to force a rescan of the audio units:
~/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.cache
