Synthmaster browser downloads messed up

I keep getting this error message after running the 'Refresh my licenses' and Restore routine in the browser in order to install 'Japan's Vintage' as it was only showing it available to purchase not install (I have the Everything bundle so I presume I should be able to install it?):

I keep getting this error message with multiple banks it downloaded and tried to install

'The following preset bank file is saved with a higher version of SynthMaster and therefore can not be loaded:
/Users/username/Documents/SynthMaster/Presets/NatLife True Trance Sounds Volume 1.smpb'

I do have the latest version. Then I realised this, and the others giving me this message, are Synthmaster One banks so Synthmaster should not be trying to install these. Now I get this message every time I try and load Synthmaster now so clearly it has installed them but they are not compatible so I need to fix that too.

Ironically Japans Vintage still shows as for sale and didn't download.

Hi, that's a bug in SynthMaster (which we fixed in v2.9.9). It's trying to download SynthMaster One banks as well. Please delete those banks.

I can see that but I have the latest installer and it's only 2.9.8

Also I still need to install Japans Vintage (and possibly other new banks)

same problem here, just got the everything bundle yesterday and everytime I open the plugin I need to click ok for all these messages, its really annoying but Im glad you guys are already fixing it.
in additional synthmasters club sequences volume 1 still show "download" even installing and seeing the installation being completed
Could you guys tell me exactly all the files I need to delete to completely uninstall synthmasters 2.9.8?

I can only see it 'for sale' not in downloadable content as well. Also the same for Mike Kastrups second expansion, I only have the first (which is confusingly labelled as MK expansion 2 though in the browser)
