SynthMaster 2.8.9 problem

after update to 2.8.9 synthmsater on logic 10.2.4 do problem
i load it and it write me:
"An error received from the web service:"
and crash logic and shutdown

i download the full version and also try to update from 2.6
what i need to do ???

same problem i'm on macbook pro sierra os and when i try to open it in reason, synthmaster crash and in cubase crash also and shutdown cubase
