I am having trouble getting my copy of Synthmaster One to download on my mac. Whenever I copy and paste my serial code, I can successfully complete the download; however, upon checking: /library/application support/kv331 audio/synthmaster, I am unable to find any data supporting Synthmaster. In fact, there is no k331 audio folder in library/application support.

We store data files under SYSTEM /library folder, not USER /Library.
