shouldnt we expect fmr to pop up and say "yes, but that's only proven circumstantially; maybe somebody else registered the site in william's name...?"
Well it is possible that I'm mistaken that John Smith is the most common name in the US and that Guilherme Kalfelz is considerably more common...
i always make that mistake.

and then say ive fixed it.

then make it again.

but deny it. and blame it on trolls.

(*) and for the record, fmr fundamentally misrepresented 'circumstantial evidence' as intrinsically invalid instead of admitting that cumulatively, it becomes considered proof enough.
Why do you take it so personally against fmr? He wasn't fully convinced which is fair enough (guilty until proven) but he is now

I think it was a little more than that on fmr's part. Good for him that he backed down in the light of a final damning nail in the coffin, but I think he started defending before even checking - if there's some evidence of guilt then surely to defend you should at least look for some evidence of innocence before starting that defense?

Where has Fernado got to anyway? I was very much looking forward to his comeback fail...Maybe he will get that second series one day

Now WHO is trolling? You surely don't like to be contradicted, do you? I asked repeatedly for a strong evidence. Robojam provided it and I accepted it. Now you both began trolling at me. Be my guests, I can take it, and I am even amused at that.

It all started with that thread about T-Pain.
Everyone was dissing T, and FMR said it was perfectly within T's right to sue.
I said -Yep
Then he started defending Will here, but circumstance didn't pan out for him in this instance.
I kinda like his attitude though--stick up for the underdog
I wonder what I want in here
-my site is gone and music a mess

Hasn't William done enough of that already?

Thanks nix  Yeah, I am kinda scout
I am at KVR for some years now, and I have witnessed many public lynches. Sometime ago I just decided I would not be watching silently anymore. Of course I'm aware I will create enemies with this attitude, but hey, we only live once, and I'm not a child anymore.

you were given it, and you persisted in refusing to accept it. you were only contradicting for the sake of it, entirely dishonestly.

As for trolling, I only came back to this thread to ask if pwal had had a reply, and report what i'd heard from ruggedcircuits; you're the one who decided to start playing 'is not' all afternoon.

and OTOT pretty much always smoke where there is fire. Why the bobbins would anyone waste thier time unless they actually had beef, Wanted to get to the truth and also best case scenario the issue(s) resolved? It seems putting them out in the open is far more effective than sitting on them. Dearest Fernado probably went for whyterabbyt as whyterabbyt was the one whom spoke out first, Was backed up by others = Dearest Fernado concludes it to be a 'witchhunt'...Then like one of those dumb puppy dog's that do not learn thier lesson very quickly kept counter-posting like a gimp, robojam aided with all the info needed and dear Fernado again kept counter-posting. Then the responsible pops up with a lame appology and "well explain in 24 hours", Fernado still counter-posts...Then the penny dropped and he read the appology yet then DEMANDED that whyterabbyt and anyone else never do such a thing in future (Via a dose of engwish spelling and gramma worse than my own!)

Fernando :dog: got exactly what he gave

Edit: btw robojam of course this is my answer/personal POV for Nielzie and not yourself. Edit 2: whyterabbyt has it explained much more concise/to the point

Peace

IMO, you are so blinded by the hate and prejudice you feel against William that you even can't realise you postion (IMO, of course), therefore, i will not bother answering your accusations.
I agreed when I was convinced of the guilt. I am entitled to doubt until proven otherwise - that's the main principle of justice, in case you are worried about that (which you are not, you are just worried about YOU)
