I've been very harsh with William in the past but he's right: thanks to some people KVR sucks a lot and a lot of developers consider this place a pirate and troller cove (in their own words).

It's not exactly what I think (I think there are a lot of nice persons here and it's a great place where developers and users can talk directly!), but these crucifixion attempts - something that can be avoided, really, since we are talking about only a small mistake! - are really depressing.

Unfortunately for some, it's a small mistake that has continued over many years, despite many requests to have their details removed from the list. I'm not one of them, I'm a fully paid up member to Wusik, but I do see and understand those frustrations.

Why do some people on kvr make stuff like this into such a big issue? This guy Whiterabbyt comes across as such a belligerent and unpleasant person.

WilliamK says he's leaving Kvr ? Nah. I don't believe it for a second.

But he really should start managing his email list properly. I manage several very big lists and there's absolutely no excuse for people getting emails after unsubscribing. I have *never* seen a mail program which can re-add people accidentally after they've unsubscribed.

Maybe he's pissed off with promises that haven't been carried forth?
