I wouldnt say that I am independantly wealthy but I can pretty well afford any software and in fact most hardware but it is my perogative to not like Diva regardless of that fact.Wow. Randy, you make yourself out to be a hostile, bitter person in this post. Why the hostility? Can't afford it? Jealous because others can? What?
Some people on this forum could actually attest to my generosity as I have given away most unwanted software for free.
I have actually put money into peoples accounts that are/were struggling.
I have made quite nice posts about peoples tracks in Music Cafe.
So cynical and bitter I am not.
When the first Diva thread came up by OP Kriddle claiming it to be analogue well that just irked me a little. Waxing lyrical is nice but waxing over the rest of us is a bit different.
My opinion is...well...just that.
I dont have to like everything or anything that URS brings out every year.
We do live in a democratic society right.
Wrong!!!!Get a grip randyandyspamman...we know you work for some going under hardware wannabe anallog synth maker, who is starting to lose customers due to more accurately modeled soft synths. You can deny it, but that will just make me believe it more.
I am disappointed with the transition from analogue to digital.
Every year or less we have to configure/reconfigure cpu's hdd's etc to try and accomodate the latest software.
I have sold off alot of softies as mentioned and hardware whether 100 percent analogue or even VA tickles my fancy more so than a piece of overrated software.
Gee its a wonder no one has jumped on this post.Diva is really the first VSTi that I would prefer to some hardware VA's (but not to real analogs).
BTW, even Diva's modeling is not that perfect.
Some of you boys got your lace panties in a bunch.
Come on down and I'll show you around. Picture shark tank or crocodile enclosure. Not intended as a threat.I'm in need of a vacation
Cheers
