that looks impressive - you've got "un-parallel" walls and everything! Mine's a 150 year-old wash-house, and my approach to the interior is "paint the bricks white, bring the drummer in, let him play, and see how good it sounds, and if the neighbours complain".
Who did your 3D stuff by the way? I only ask because that's what I do to pay the bills.
The beauty of a 150 year-old wash house, of course, is that none of the walls are parallel to start with

My one pal is a pro architect. He designed the whole thing. The angles at x degrees, ceiling at y degrees, bass traps, double glazing doors & windows. It all adds to the cost though, but I am very excited about what is happening.
I used an old sierra home designer program to do the prototype 3D stuff. Bought it way back in the days of 486's. Nice for playing around. Not really pro stuff though:oops: .

OK here's my studio-to-be:
It's the tiny building hiding behind me! The yard I'm standing in will shortly have a marble floor and a retractable glass barrel-vault roof - supposed to be a dining room but I'll also use it as a (very) occasional live room. The acoustics should be interesting...
This is the view, which is nice. The church is normally the right way up, but I was quite pissed when these were taken, as I was celebrating the prospect of becoming a daddy again

One of my career ambitions is to be able to afford to sit in my garden doing absolutely f**k all and not having to worry about it!
