Hahaha, no, no noise floor just yet.nilhartman wrote:That'd be sweet in next Diva update ! Urs ?Urs wrote:As long as it doesn't cannibalise our Satin salesolikana wrote:a simple noisefloor knob for diva i think would be sweet.

If it's the plugin which i guess you talk about i am happy there is a knob to turn the noise down or even off.HiEnergy wrote:One of u-he's business competitors has developed a plug-in emulating a certain mono-synth including the noise floor. (hint, hint)
white noise and pink noise are prefilter. a noise floor can possibly be just at the amplifier stage (so post filter).hakey wrote:Genuine question - what would be the point of adding noise floor?
+1 ... I don't use Zebrify for this very reason. I thought I was the only one as I don't think I've seen anyone else talk about it. Of course it's a big internet, I might have missed a thread or 489820935766023643e10000.Bronto Scorpio wrote:Zebrify really, really, really needs the "sync" retrigger option for the LFOs like in Diva and some other U-He plugins.
At the moment one has to send a trigger note to each Zebrify instance at the beginning of the song to make the phase of the LFOs sync, that's a little bit annoying.
Cheers

Is that why the MSEG's don't work for me in FL Studio ? I always meant to ask about that, but then I just used a different plug-in and got on with life. That said, Zebrify needs a big update w/Z3, or should I say, it deserves a big update eh.Bronto Scorpio wrote:Zebrify really, really, really needs the "sync" retrigger option for the LFOs like in Diva and some other U-He plugins.

Yeah, the MSEGs have to be triggered by a MIDI note, they don't start without a trigger (That would be a cool feature though).Perimeter Sound wrote:Is that why the MSEG's don't work for me in FL Studio ? Just interesting, what you can achieve with HPF pre control in DIVA? As far as I understand, HPF in pre mode is just for coloring the sound (to bring that analogue bigness due to further non-linear processing), and it really could be hidden - without any controls.hansiwalker wrote:Hi!
What i really miss in DIVA is a modulation source for HPF pre Frequency. Even if it isn't present in the original synth, the Roland engineers probably just forgot to add it
HPF pre is a highpass filter before the main filter, as in the Jupiter 8. I would like to modulate the HPF frequency with an LFO, for example.trance_lucent wrote:Just interesting, what you can achieve with HPF pre control in DIVA? I also would like to try that.hansiwalker wrote:HPF pre is a highpass filter before the main filter, as in the Jupiter 8. I would like to modulate the HPF frequency with an LFO, for example.
Use the Bite HPF and with that one you can modulate ithansiwalker wrote:HPF pre is a highpass filter before the main filter, as in the Jupiter 8.
