Yeah, not sure why I went off the deep end there.. anyways, I got a VRM box for my birthday so I'm feeling manic again. That Selig DeEsser is just what the doctor ordered!
Hey, lunesis my post wasn't directed at you specifically just to the general non productiveness of the comments from people with an axe to grind for whatever reason..it just achieves and changes nothing.
Always got along with you on the puf so hope you dont think I was singling you out.

So the shop has had a makeover, Im guessing props have took the opportunity to revamp the forums too, hence the delay in getting them up and running? It is long overdue IMO..we shall have to wait and see.

All good Zeebs. I shouldn't be so cynical.. bad habit I guess. Sometimes it's hard to strike a good balance between fanboy and hater. Shop looks slick.. that's a good sign for the forums.

Its all good in the hood :D

I have a question I'm hoping you or someone else can answer?
I've become quite interested in the ipad as a musical tool, specifically the waldorf Nave and the Wavemapper by Wolfgang Palm.
I know the ipad can use midi but how difficult would it be to hook up to Reason 7?

I got it working using midi over the network in OSX. I was able to trigger Magellan synth with the Matrix and also play Reasons synths with the key board in Magellan. I guess it would work no problem or much better if you used an actual midi cable. I haven't don't it in a while. I will give it a try with Thor in iPad today when I get home.

I think it looks like shite. Now all the REs are lumped in together with refills making it slow to load and difficult to navigate. The "refine your search" buttons dont work for me, they just sit there woodenly. Nice move Props...

It works for me on Firefox.

I think it's great that they unified the shop. It's now easier to find and discover things as well. For example before it was impossible to list just plugins made by Softube or Synapse. Or to list just reverbs without any other studio effects. Hopefully they'll add user reviews now.

I think it's great. With all the hype over RE's, I'm sure a lot of people forgot refills existed. Now it's more like a flea market than a showroom.

Well, I am done playing devil's advocate for now. KVR fills me with self doubt and animosity for some reason. I need to go back to my safe little PUF bubble where everything is LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!

It's not all UGH. There's some UMM, OOH, GRR and WHEE as well. Here's a Thomas Dolby cover to help put some spring back in your step:
