no of instances of X-Jupitae Flexoid used - 19
All patches designed from scratch - except a lovely little factory patch called tri-sine echo 2 - which I've modified slightly.
DAW Cubase Artist 7.5
Daw Fx used - gentle limiting on master bus.
other fx - none
AND THAT IS ALL! all eq's, filtering, distortions, reverbs, limiting, compression etc done in the synth.

used Voxengo SPAN spectral analyser.
DR=9

I know what you mean - this has been one of the worst months I've had in years! (outside of OSC) But didn't stop me putting in lots of time on this tune.
Can't wait to hear your entry. I hope there will be a rash of last minute entries for this one!

Plugins included with the host (e.g. Live EQ-8, Reaper ReaXComp) are all allowed, yes, provided they don't violate any of the other rules (e.g. no modulation). Unless I'm missing something, though, the issue was the Neo MasterTool is a 3rd party commercial plugin and not part of an included plugin package with a host.

OK, Here's a version of my track using CK_Multi-Band_Processor + CK_Multi_FX for the Mastering section, so it should comply with the rules and i'm on SoundCloud now yay!

Concerning your issue of live recording modulation in Repear. I linked 2 of my hardware knobs to Flexo Pad-X and Pad-Y.
Movements of these knobs is recorded as Midi Events in Reaper, but when playing back, the XY-Pad is not moving.
