Crackles with UAD plugins

I keep getting crackles when I bypass a UAD plugin and it work fine when I put it back active. Is anybody getting the same issue?

Quite possibly related (also involves bypassing an UAD-2 plug-in) : Disabling plug-in or using modulation causes audible artefacts and affects playback tempo.
