I just activated the drone switch and tweaked some knobs...

The good stuff starts about 3mins in. And by "good stuff" I means really abrasive atonal stuff. Natch.

Tonight I'm running Repro-1 through my Toppobrillo Triple Wave Folder so I can to do a bit of a comparison with the built in Jaws wave folder. The TWF has three stages rather than 2, 4 or 6 (which is more similar to Intelijel's uFold) but Jaws seems to be based on casecaded Saw>Sine waveshapers (?) with a DC bias control on the input, so I should be able to do some of the same tricks. I could just use two stages on the TWF but I'm not really trying to 100% replicate the sound, one way or the other. I hope to post some audio tomorrow.

This is exciting, glad Repro-1 is working with my Cubase AI8 sequencer and Mac OSX 10.9 (good thing I updated from Mac OSX 10.6.8 a few months ago). Bug I noticed: when I marked some patches favorites, those stars went away after I re-booted Repro-1. The new effects sure help a lot! Maybe this is because I was doing too much too fast, though Repro locked up with a noted droning away on one occasion. I had to force quit Cubase. Not sure if a panic button is needed.

Thanks to those that posted patches. I agree that red stars on red is the not easiest to read.

Activate the effect module, then switch from the Effects to the Keys tab, go to the Perform section and right-click (or ctrl-click) on the mod destination display to open the menu with all available modulation targets. At the bottom you will be able to choose the parameters of the effects (they will only show up in the menu if the module is activated). And then have fun.
Ah! Thanks! Started from init and didn't see them. (Note, UI bug? Maybe we should see them grayed out until active?)

I could say "did the original have it?" .... but its moot, as the original didnt have built in fx or a mod matrix or blah blah etc etc....

Where do you stop when doing a specific emulation...?

This one doesn't have built in fx too.
Murderous duck!

I must have imagined them. My bad.

Yeah, they are not like part of synth (see prophet 6 or dm12 for example) more like pedals.

Great character to this synth, thank you!

When resonance is increased, the general volume decreases. I suppose this is authentic to the original, though I find it discourages me to modulate it. I would be happy to see an option to maintain more consistent volume.

Also +1 to micro tuning.

I did not know I was missing something, and the least I would have thought, was that I was missing a monophonic synth. Wow, that's Filter Design ! Chapeau !

There are tricks to preserve overall gain when resonance kicks in, but they have side effects.

For now I just want to keep Repro close to the original.
