Sorry if it's already been asked/answered, or if it's in the manual (I was reading it seconds ago, can't find what I'm looking for though... but I'm a sort of sleepless zombie today ;)): is the RePro Alpha "OSC-B -> VCF CUTOFF" trick still possible?

Anyway, RePro-1 sounds absolutely lush.

But of course. It's the Osc B knob on the far left, when set to Direct and filter cutoff slightly right of it is set to Direct as well.

Have had 2 crashes with Repro-1 one with crash dump, using VST3.

Where do I send crash dump?.

My first ever synth back in '82 was a Pro 1 and I loved it. Owned it for 20 years or so and finally sold it on about 13/14 years ago. Downloaded the beta yesterday. I haven't gone much beyond the basic panel controls so far but I spent a couple of very happy hours playing with the mod matrix and coming up with insane lead sounds. I will definitely be buying this, it's the best analog emulation I've played so far.

From memory, I think the Osc sync was implemented differently on my Pro 1. I'm pretty sure that Osc B synced to Osc A whereas on Repro 1 Osc A syncs to Osc B. Was that a deliberate decision? Given the differences in the two oscillators' capabilities will there be a future option to sync B to A?

What an odd assumption. I, and probably a sizeable host
of the kvr userbase missed out on 80's/90's hardware synths,
and this reproduction is so detailed, and sounds so fine,
that a great curiosity has got me downloading the pdf.
And the user comments from from actual Pro One owners,
and various local synth experts feed that all the more.
I'm counting on the manual transforming what to me are buzzwords,
into enough applied music technology, that I might even try to fold some waves in a few days, (whatever that is!)
if I don't run out of coffee
Cheers
I was joking man! :)

A syncs to B on the original too: http://www.pro-one-synth.org/manual.php?section=2

My memory gets fuzzy too.

looks cool, for some reason, as soon as i drop it into ableton, it makes me cpu meter shoot up by 20%, my comp idles at 4%, it's at 24% idle. so something must be wrong. help?

Ah, ok, I stand corrected! It was a long time ago...

After using RePro 1 i actually did noticed that modulation somehow works differently then you would expect from expierience with other synths. Especialy LFO feels kind of "slow" even at maximum :)

Also small feature request: dry/wet knob for Jaws :) sometimes there is just too much of teeth on the sound :)

I was just about to buy the repro-1 as i thought 69$ is a nice price for a synth like that.
After following the buy-link the price increased to 76,24 EUR which is more like 80$.
Somehow this put me off not knowing the real final price and that there's different prices for us and european customers ...

The price got higher because you have to pay VAT :)
