Crackling with T5, Linux and Zoom U-44

Hello,

I use Tracktion 5 with Linux Mint 18 and a ZOOM U-44. When I record my guitar and vocal tracks, I notice recurring crackling. This does not do it with a windows machine.
My Linux machine has an AMD E-350 processor with 6GB and a Crucial CT500MX2 SSD.
Is there a specific setting to reduce or eliminate these crackling?

Hello,

The solution is to check the audio buffer - go to 'settings' -> 'audio devices' and increase the buffer size

It works nice.
