Ok, I just spent six hours staring at a spectrum analyzer, here's the result:

Oops, there was a mistake in the 6-pole version, the amp's (there's only one) mix setting should be set to 100% wet! Having it set to a mix with the original signal results in a weaker sound very much different from what's supposed... I fixed the download.

It's a so called model of the best phaser unit I have used, the Moog Moogerfooger 12-stage phaser.

Two versions for both 6 and 12 pole operation are provided. The 6 pole version has an unusual parallel lowpass filter configuration with some added EQ filters for adjusting the slopes. I did it this way to get some unevenness and grit in the sound.
The 12 pole version is made with the resonator bank as it more closely resembles the sound of the 12 pole mode of my unit.
In the 6 pole version there is an option of using two different filters, both also have an additional control for overdriving the signal beyond the original unit's sound.

I tried to get all ranges and such to match the original unit as accurately as possible using a spectrum analyzer and my good ears, but of course it's "inspired by", not circuit emulated or something :)

The LFO range is different, the original had two modes of 0.1-2.5hz, and a second one that had a multiplied of 100hz. I could implement the button to switch between those, but could not have a control for the amount. I'm sure there's a way, but I was too dim to think of one. So now there's just a 0.02-50hz LFO, which sucks because there is no audio rate modulation...

Even if the filters sound different, there is some of the character of the original unit, especially in the 12-pole mode. I might do also a 6-pole version using the resonator bank, but let's see, I like the crunchy sound of the current 6-pole a lot...

Anyway, this was fun to do, since the phaser now supplied with Bitwig sounds really sterile.

If you want stereo, just create an instrument layer, paste two instances and pan them differently.

Really nice. Thank you.

Oh, this escaped me but the 12-pole version can probably be very easily modded for 6 pole operation witha different sound by adding a button to silence every other pole in the resonator. I was so tired after staring at the analyzers for two days, that I forgot to add this function before uploading...

Also I should try adding two identical resonator banks in serial to get a steeper slope, the peaks on the Moog pedal look like a barber made them :P Bitwig's filters have more ripple and less clearly defined slopes. Not that it's a bad thing, it's just a different sound. But considering making this sound even more like the original :D

wow, what an awesome preset!

Thanks :D It would be great to have a bigger selection of filters available inside Bitwig... Since filters make up the main sound of all instruments in the end. But I was surprised when I did the one on one tests between this and my Moog unit, somehow the main feeling is preserved, despite the very different filter sound. I guess it's just the exact placement of the peaks, and the way I'm used to them since I use the Moogerfooger alot.
