Hey everyone,
I'm a newbie to tracktion 6, and I can't figure out how to delete a midi track. If i delete a part of a track to re-record it, when I extend the track to the left of it, the recorded notes that I deleted just reappear. They aren't really deleted.
Because of that, when I re-record the track, the sustain pedal data is still the same.
How do I delete the midi track, and really delete the notes and control data?
Thanks for any help!

I’m on Cubase, but it’s the same here.
A recorded midi track generates a clip with midi notes. I can cut it in half and delete one part but if I extend the part the notes will reappear.
I can only alter the clip and erase the midi notes I do not want.

I figured it out: you have to select the track, and then press 'delete midi content' or something like that, and then you can delete the notes or the controllers. At least that's how it works on tracktion
