"Rebuild Menu" does not work

Hello,

Hopefully someone can help and eventually get me up and running. (I actually bought this software over 2 years ago!!!)

I've been following the user guide and got to the section where it says 2.11 "Rebuild Menu" in the Install guide. When I do this, nothing happens - I don't see 'Studio Piper > Technopipes > Border Pipes'

Any Ideas??
