I just installed the latest update and I get this error message and synthmaster will not load? Any suggestions?

a) did you contact us at http://www.synthmaster.com/contactus.aspx ?

b) most probably reason is: you DAW is detecting an older version VST DLL (like version 2.

, but the data files are v2.9. please double check the VST DLL installation location.

I did not contact support, I was trying to resolve the issue on my own without bothering you guys!! I'll follow the link you provided.

incorrect parameter metadata file version?
