I'm looking for a software (vst or standalone) that automatically aligns badly synced recording (e.g. drum or rhythm guitar tracks), so that it deletes timing imperfections - is there something like this? All I know it should be :)

SoundRadix AutoAlign can sync tracks that are recorded with a multi-mic setup.

VocAlign was made for syncing vocal doubles to a lead track. It may can be used for your purpose too. Don't know how good it works.

You are asking for a rhythm autotune not a vst that aligns tracks for phasing corrections?

yep, e.g. to align a track with irregularly played drums to reference BPM.

So i'm guessing abovementioned stuff is NOT what I'm looking for? Sorry if I wasn't precised

Isn't that simply called quantisation? Most modern DAWs should be able to do that.
