AGTC II articulations don't work consistantly

I recently installed AGTC II within Logic Pro X. Just messing around with playing, I notice that the articulations are very inconsistant with whether or not they activate according to their keyswitch. Same thing with pitch bend. About a third of the time, the note won't bend. Sometimes the note won't play at all. Is this an installation issue? Should I try reinstalling?
