sadly i cannot demo anymore and didnt ask as it is on sale atm (dunno how long it lasts?), i checked my beloved bx_digital v3, i love it a lot! but it somehow doesnt has simple controls like waves CENTER so i checked some other plugins and even EQUIlibrium and Pro-Q2 i could EQ and raise/lower Mid/Side bands but it seems not to be the same as CENTER? how is center's quality? how is the phasing maybe?

worth to get?

Are you sure? Raising the volume of only the side channel always introduces more phase cancellation. Does Waves Center get around that?

I have it, and use it occasionally. I mainly use the top row of knobs to mono-ify the low-end and stereo-ize the high-end and then go extremely gently on the volume faders. I thought the volume controls would be useful, but as I only mix my own stuff, I can just go into the song and tweak the levels of individual tracks, sends etc. instead. If you don't have that option, or you're making songs for Karaoke, I guess that could be useful.
If you're just looking for stereo widening, don't forget the free Wider by Polyverse.
