Is there really such a thing? At least when I was into Hip-Hop, there were no rigid templates such as there are these days with other micro-genres. HH used to be all about re-invention, even if sometimes it were only about re-inventing creatively with old records.lectropunk wrote:I just want some kind of piano for hip Hop in general
I can't imagine any HH producer wanting to keep things fresh, but still using the same sounds as they did on previous tracks.
Hip-Hop is not about any one particular sound, so use whichever piano you want

Thanks for my smh moment of the year. There is no such thing as a hip hop piano. Just pick a piano and use it.
