Can you please help with the details, how to сomplete a licence transfer?
A person who owns a licence for one of your product submitted an email to transfer that product to me. I don't have any AmpleSound products yet therefore don't have an account.
How do I exactly submit the purchase form without the payment? I entered my details, clicked the Submit button and was redirected to PayPal to make a payment.
I've got recently and email that says I did not complete my order.

Could you confirm that the seller has sent an email to service@amplesound.net?
