Hi all.

Can anyone tell me if, aside from Sample Fuel, there are any 3rd party VIs that have been developed for SB's Halion? Preferably, one with a demo.

If you scan through the Halion "user content" forum over on the Steinberg site, there are a few freebies listed over there.
Minilogue and Grampler are 2 off the top of my head that are pretty good (although pretty basic).

many of the older sampletekk stuff have halion versions.

We are hoping the platform will pick up. I know Steinberg is finally going to support the platform with additional releases and I am hopeful we will see other 3rd party developers.

The German Beat magazine has jumped on, their Röhrich is based on Halion. I hope more will come.
I think Halion has much more potential than Kontakt, but their documentation is not made to learn it easily... I wouldn’t mind to create a Halion user group in Berlin. Its hard to dive into such a beast alone...
